PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately filter a signal that has a boundary.

SOLUTION: A signal processing device for filtering a two-dimensional input signal that has the boundary comprises an extrapolation signal generation unit for generating a two-dimensional extrapolation signal that complements an outside of an area of the input signal based on the input signal; a signal addition unit for generating a correction signal that is obtained by adding the extrapolation signal to the outside of the area of the input signal; a filter unit for filtering the correction signal; and an output unit for generating and outputting an output signal that is obtained by cutting out the area corresponding to the input signal in the filtered correction signal.
