<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lafutidine-contained solid preparation wherein lafutidine is stabilized because its decomposition by light and heat is effectively prevented. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are a lafutidine-contained preparation characterized by containing lafutidine, and Food Yellow No. 5, Food Red No. 102, or a mixture of these colorants, and a manufacturing method thereof ; a method for restraining the generation of analogous materials of lafutidine characterized by coating the lafutidine-contained solid with a covering agent containing Food Yellow No. 5, Food Red No. 102, or a mixture of these colorants ; and a method for photostabilizing and thermal stabilizing the lafutidine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
