<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stream monitoring system capable of efficiently detecting and reporting an abnormal stream of a waterway under observation with an economically advantageous configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing part 13 includes: a stream image processing part 15 that captures and quantizes a fluctuation of water from an image of a stream (Wb) part taken by a camera 11 and creates flow rate data that indicates a flow rate of the stream (Wb) of a waterway 1; and a determination processing part 16 that determines whether or not the flow rate of the waterway 1 is in a normal state, that is, within a set range according to a setting parameter using the flow rate data obtained by the stream image processing part 15 as determination object data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
