<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a connection pin used for connecting a luffing jib without degrading the function of the connection pin, to attach the connection pin to a support in a state in which radial-direction extrusion of the connection pin is made small and further to attach the connection pin to the support with high strength and in a freely attachable and detachable manner. <P>SOLUTION: In assembly structure of the connection pin for connecting the luffing jib, projections 40 projecting radial-direction outward are fixed to a trunk part of a cylinder tube 43 of the connection pin 4, laterally opened projection storing parts 34 which can guard each of a lower surface, an upper surface and a front surface of the projections 40 are provided at the support 3. Further a guard member 5 which guards back surfaces of the projections in a state in which the projections 40 are stored in the projection storing parts 34 is fixed to the support 3 in a freely attachable ad detachable manner, and stoppers which come close to or abut on the back surface of the guard member 5 is provided at the support 3.
