摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high capacity hydrogen storage alloy of a BCC solid solution type having excellent hydrogen storing/releasing characteristic, even when a raw material formed by adding another element to Ti-V-Fe-based alloy and having Fe such as ferrovanadium mixed therewith is used. <P>SOLUTION: This hydrogen storage alloy has a body-centered cubic structure, and has a composition expressed by general formula Ti<SB POS="POST">a</SB>V<SB POS="POST">b</SB>Fe<SB POS="POST">c</SB>Mo<SB POS="POST">d</SB>(each of a, b, c, d displays atomic weight%, and satisfies following relations: a+b+c+d=100, 13&le;a&le;20, b&ge;59, 0<c&le;11 and 0<d&le;10). Though a high concentration of Fe is included by alloying Mo with ferrovanadium and Ti, the high capacity hydrogen storage alloy having excellent hydrogen storing characteristic is obtained, and further plateau pressure can be controlled by changing the composition properly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
