The present invention relates to novel tacrolimus derivatives, a neuroprotective composition comprising the derivatives, an immunosuppressive composition comprising the derivatives, a method for producing the derivatives using a specific gene-deletion mutant, and a mutant for producing the derivatives. The novel tacrolimus derivatives, which are more excellent in neuroprotective and immunosuppressive effects than tacrolimus, can be efficiently produced by using the method of the present invention.
