The gearbox has a drive shaft (1), an output shaft (2) and three planetary gear sets (P1-P3) arranged in a housing (G). A bar of one of the planetary gear sets is connected with a shaft (7), which is releasably connected with a sun wheel of the other planetary gear set. Ring gears of the former planetary gear set are connected with the drive shaft, which is releasably connected with another shaft (6) via a clutch (16). A third shaft (3) is connected with the ring gears of the latter planetary gear set. A bar of a third gear set is coupled to the housing of the gearbox via a brake (O3). The planetary gear sets are designed as minus planetary gear sets.
