<p>A home base station apparatus receives a multicast participation request from a mobile station apparatus and determines whether the received multicast participation request is addressed to a home network or not. If having determined that the multicast participation request is addressed to the home network, the home base station apparatus transmits, to the mobile station apparatus, a bearer change request for changing bearers to transmit/receive multicast data. In this way, there can be provided a mobile communication system or the like in which if a mobile station apparatus, which is connected to a home base station apparatus that supports the local IP access, transmits a multicast group participation request, a suitable multicast session can be established when the request has been made to request a multicast data reception of local IP access.</p> |
