<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a service that wanted human resources are attracted to be engaged in works when necessary, like a registered type temp service, to an external corporation. <P>SOLUTION: The direct employment support system 1 has a server 10 installed in a human resource management company and a terminal 20 installed in a corporation A. They are connected via Internet 2 so that various types of data can be transmitted/received between each other. The server 10 receives and stores the business information and rules of the corporation A which were transmitted from the terminal 20 in the corporation A. The server 10 recruits human resources based on the stored business information and rules of the corporation A to support the corporation A in securing human resources, and calculates salaries of the secured personnel based on the stored rules of the corporation A to provide a support in direct employment by the corporation A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
