<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method, capable of improving glossiness of a black image, achieving a high image density and improving fixability, and also capable of reducing feathering and color bleed. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming method is provided for recording the black image using inkjet recording by the combined use of each ink of black, cyan, magenta and yellow, comprising aqueous dispersion of polymer fine particles containing at least water, a water-soluble organic solvent, surfactant and pigment. The image forming method performs printing by the combined use of each ink, after applying a pretreatment liquid containing at least water, a water-soluble resin and colloidal silica, to an entire recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
