<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of evaluation of the power generation state of a fuel battery. <P>SOLUTION: The method for evaluating a fuel battery containing a plurality of fuel battery cells with a plurality of terminals for measuring the voltage between an anode and a cathode, comprises: the steps of (a) obtaining voltages measured at each terminal of each fuel battery cell while operating the fuel battery under different operating conditions; (b) determining whether terminal groups consisting of the terminals arranged at the same positions in the plurality of fuel battery cells each contain a terminal where the potential difference between the voltages obtained under the different operating conditions exceeds a prescribed value; and (c) evaluating the output voltage characteristics of the fuel cell stack using the voltages of the terminal group determined in the step (b) not to have the terminal where the potential difference exceeds the prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
