<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement device of fluid having temperature capable of causing the occurrence of superconductive transition in a superconductive substance. <P>SOLUTION: The flow rate measurement device includes: a plurality of superconductors R whose superconductive transition temperature is higher than the temperature of fluid F, the superconductive transition temperature of each of which is equal; and a plurality of heaters H installed in association with each of the plurality of superconductors R for heating the corresponding superconductors R in such a state that fluid F flows in a duct 10. The plurality of heaters H are configured to heat the corresponding superconductors R by making heating quantity from the plurality of heaters H different from each other so that the plurality of superconductors R can be put in a regular conductive state. Then, the superconductor R whose transition has been performed from the regular conductive state to a superconductive state is determined from among the plurality of superconductors R cooled by the fluid F.
