<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain the bispectral radiance of a sample. <P>SOLUTION: A sample information input section 204 acquires a spectral reflectance of a color chip formed on media, from a measuring device 109 or a storage section 210. A media characteristic input section 202 inputs the bispectral radiance of the media from the storage section 210.
