PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation resin sheet for coil fixing which improves a space factor of a coil conductor within a slot in a stator core of a motor by making the film thickness of an insulation sheet thin in comparison with a conventional insulation sheet, and improves stability of the coil conductor within the slot.

SOLUTION: An insulation resin sheet for coil fixing 100a includes: a resin layer for coil adhesion 20a having an imide denaturation unsaturated polyester resin 22 and a low dielectric filler 24 where relative permittivity is 2 or less; and a resin layer for stator core adhesion 30a having an amine hardening type rubber dispersion epoxy resin 32 and an expansion filler 34.
