<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide superconducting wire material which is protected in its construction with a metal seed layer formed from an oxide superconducting laminate by a gas phase method and a metal stabilization layer formed by electrolytic plating. <P>SOLUTION: An oxide superconducting wire material 1 of the present invention comprises: a base material 3; an intermediate layer 5 formed on the base material 3; an oxide superconducting layer 6; and a stabilization base layer 7, made of Ag, which is formed on the oxide superconducting layer 6, thereby configuring an oxide superconducting laminate 2. The peripheral surface of the oxide superconducting laminate 2 is covered with a metal seed layer 8 formed by a gas phase method so as to cover at least the side of the oxide superconducting laminate 2 and the surface of the base material 3, and a metal stabilization layer 9 formed by electrolytic plating is laminated on the outer periphery of the metal seed layer 8 and the top face of the stabilization base layer 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
