<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin for an electrical apparatus which has a high space factor of an electric wire and also has good bond strength of members, and to provide a method for manufacturing the bobbin. <P>SOLUTION: A bobbin 21 for an electrical apparatus includes a body 22, a first flange part 23, and a second flange part 24. The body 22 forms a cylinder and is made of an insulation material having thickness of 0.05 to 0.5 mm. Engagement holes 22e are formed at axial end parts.
