<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sound wave leakage sufficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric speaker comprises a reflective layer, a suction layer laminated on the surface of the reflective layer and having a density of included air gaps higher than that of the reflective layer, a base laminated on the surface of the suction layer and forming a hollow space between the suction layer and a thin part by distributing thick parts and thin parts thinner than the thick parts in the interlayer direction in the in-plane direction, and a piezoelectric element which vibrates integrally with the thin part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
