<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-bore drain trap which prevents leakage of a malodor and facilitates overall cleaning, by employing a removable constitution including a seal water structure with a seal water portion. <P>SOLUTION: A drain trap includes a trap body which can be assembled to a bottom of a sink of a sink cabinet and which has a discharge pipe provided in at least a bottom of a tank as a bottomed cylinder-like body with an opened top surface, and a seal water structure capable of being tightly and detachably attached to the trap body. The seal water structure is constituted by integrally assembling a cup and a deodorization pipe together. In the cup, a drainage window is provided in an intermediate portion of a lateral wall of the bottomed cylinder-like body, and a portion below the drainage window serves as a water seal portion. The deodorization pipe has a lower portion detachably engaged to the inside of the cup in a position to make an entry into the water seal portion of the cup. In the seal water structure, annular deodorization packing is attached to the deodorization pipe, and a flange portion is formed at an opening edge of an upper end of the deodorization pipe and engaged to a step portion provided in the trap body, so that the seal water structure can be tightly attached to the trap body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
