Provided is a moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive agent having high initial adhesion strength and excellent adhesion to a poorly adhesive material. A moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive agent comprising a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at the terminal thereof and (A) an acrylic polymer, wherein the acrylic polymer (A) comprises a polymer (A1) that contains a moiety derived from a (meth)acrylic acid derivative (a1) having an alkyl group carrying 6 or more carbon atoms. The acrylic polymer (A) preferably has an alicyclic structure. This moisture-curable hot-melt adhesive agent has excellent initial adhesion strength, excellent adhesion to a poorly adhesive material, and can be used for the attachment of a decorative sheet to an external material and an interior material for a building material, a flooring material and a base material, profile wrapping, and the like.
