A DIAMOND GRINDING WHEEL WITH SELF-PROPAGATING AND PRESSURELESS SINTERED METAL BONDING AGENTS AND THE METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

A diamond grinding wheel with self-propagating and pressureless sintered metal bonding agents and the method for making the same are disclosed. The diamond grinding wheel comprises a working layer and a non-working layer, wherein the working layer comprises metal bonding agents and diamond particles, and the non-working layer comprises metal bonding agents. The components of the metal bonding agents in the working layer, which comprise metal powders of Cu, A1, Ni, Ti, Sn and Co, are the same as those of the non-working layer. The self -propagating and pressureless sintering preparation method for the diamond grinding wheel with metal bonding agent has the advantages of low energy resource and high work efficiency, and improves the bonding strength of the metal bonding agents on the diamond.
