<p>In an interlayer insulating layer (104), upper surface parts (104b, 104c) in edge part regions on the bank (107) sides are located above an upper surface part (104a) in a center region. An anode electrode (105) is formed by the lamination along the upper surface parts (104a, 104b, 104c) of the interlayer insulating layer (104), and upper surface parts (105b, 105c) in edge part regions on the bank (107) sides are located above an upper surface part (105a) in a center region. A hole injection/transport layer (106) is formed by the lamination along the upper surface parts (105a, 105b, 105c) of the anode electrode (105), and upper surface parts (106b, 106c) in edge part regions on the bank (107) sides are located above an upper surface part (106a) in a center region. In an organic light-emitting layer (108), upper surface parts (108b, 108c) in edge part regions (a region (C1), a region (C2)) on the bank (107) sides are located above an upper surface part (108a) in a center region (a region (C3)). Therefore, the organic light-emitting layer (108) has the same layer thickness (D3) as the layer thicknesses (D1, D2).</p> |
