The power station has a current generator (3) driven by an internal combustion engine. An exhaust system (1) is coupled to the internal combustion engine and a temperature absorber (4,5). A cooling system (2) for the internal combustion engine is coupled to the temperature absorber. The thermal fluid whose boiling point is higher than that of water is used as cooling agent in the cooling system. A solid heat accumulator (6) is coupled with the cooling system.
