<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit and a signal fetching method for the semiconductor circuit, capable of appropriately fetching a signal, input by a different input system, according to the input system. <P>SOLUTION: In case of a differential input system, a differential input circuit 16 fetches an EVEN data by a DFFN 32 at the timing of the fall of a clock signal, from an output signal (out) of a differential amplifier 30 to which a data signal input to a P-side input terminal 12 and a data signal input to an N-side input terminal 14 are input. Also, the differential input circuit 16 fetches an ODD data by a DFF 34 at the timing of the rise of the clock signal, from the output signal (out). In case of a single input system, a single input circuit 18 fetches an ODD data by a DFF 44, from a data signal for fetching the ODD data input to the P-side input terminal 12, and also fetches an EVEN data by a DFF 45, from a data signal for fetching the EVEN data input to the N-side input terminal 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
