<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a comparison between frequency spectra, in particular, a comparison between substantial time correlation frequency spectra. <P>SOLUTION: A capturing system 12 is connected to a plurality of input ports 18 and captures frequency region data from these input ports. A user interface 16 exerts frequency region control for at least two input ports, first and second, among the input ports 18.
