<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive oxide sintering body capable of properly detecting a temperature in a wide temperature range and indicating a stable resistance value even when it is exposed to a high temperature, a thermistor element using it, and a temperature sensor using the thermistor element. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive oxide sintering body 1 constituting a thermistor element 2 includes a conductive crystalline phase expressed by (RE<SB POS="POST">1-c</SB>Sr<SB POS="POST">c</SB>)M<SB POS="POST">d</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, a first insulating crystalline phase expressed by RE<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, and a second insulating crystalline phase expressed by SrAl<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">4</SB>, when an element group of at least one of Yb, Lu and at least one kind of 3A group elements except for Yb, Lu, La is an element group RE, and an element group of at least one kind of 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A and 8 group elements and Al is an element group M. A coefficient c is 0.18<c<0.50, and a coefficient d is 0.67≤d≤0.93. An existing amount (including 0) of a third insulating crystalline phase expressed by RE<SB POS="POST">4</SB>Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">9</SB>is smaller than existing amounts of the first and second insulating crystalline phases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
