<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the possibility that an image processing device can diagnose a trouble difficult to be detected. <P>SOLUTION: In a main control unit 40 of an image formation device, an abnormality information reception unit 41 receives the input of abnormality information from a user, a diagnosis data extraction unit 43 holds an abnormality information ID for identifying the abnormality information and extracts transmission target diagnosis data according to the abnormality information from among diagnosis data stored in a diagnosis data storage unit 42, and a transmission control unit 45 controls transmission of the abnormality information ID and the transmission target diagnosis data to a center device. Thereafter, when the center device acquires instruction information for instructing an action to be executed by the image formation device based on the abnormality information ID and the transmission target diagnosis data and transmits the instruction information to the image formation device, a reception control unit 46 controls reception of the instruction information from the center device, and an instruction execution unit 47 executes the action instructed with the instruction information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
