<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier that can improve output current characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The differential amplifier comprises: a first driver circuit which includes a first transistor and a second transistor whose sources are commonly connected to a first current source to form a differential pair and outputs an output current according to a differential input voltage applied to a gate of the first transistor and the second transistor; and a second driver circuit which includes a limit circuit which sets an upper limit of the differential input voltage to an upper limit voltage proportional to an overdrive voltage of the first transistor and the second transistor and drives the first transistor and the second transistor based on an input signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
