<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy manufacturing method of an electrodynamic speaker using a speaker diaphragm in which a dust cap for closing one end of a voice coil bobbin is integrally formed, and capable of reducing the number of required manufacturing jigs and lowering a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing jig includes: a base part to be abutted to an outer side face of a bottom part of a yoke; and a plurality of projected parts which are extended from the base part and engaged with a through-hole of the yoke, and whose distal end side passes through the through-hole and a magnetic gap. The plurality of projected parts include: a first engaging part to be engaged with the through-hole of the yoke; a second engaging part to be engaged with a side face part of a magnet; a third engaging part to be engaged with a side face part of a plate; a fourth engaging part to be engaged with an inner side face of a bobbin of a voice coil; and a fifth engaging part to be engaged with one end side of the bobbin. The third engaging part and the fourth engaging part are formed inextricably, and the fifth engaging part is formed between the second engaging part and the third engaging part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
