<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an art capable of appropriately transmitting merchandising information to customers without unnecessarily decreasing a space efficiency of a store. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic inventory tag system includes: an ESL server managing commodity information of all of a plurality of commodities disposed at a sales area and merchandising information of the commodities; and a plurality of display devices 9 disposed corresponding to either of the plurality of commodities and each having portability.
