PAPER SEPARATION DEVICE, FIXING DEVICE, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper separation device that prevents the occurrence of an image failure such as waves on an image surface of paper because of the paper being jammed into between separation plates.

SOLUTION: A plurality of separation plates 75 are arranged in parallel along a longitudinal direction of a fixing member; a heat-resistance sheet member 81 is attached to tip portions of the separation plates 75 to cross each of the separation plates; a heat-resistance adhesive sheet 82 that is made of fluorine resin and has releasability from toner is stuck onto the heat-resistance sheet 81; and thereby the heat-resistance sheet 81 is attached to the separation plates 75. This prevents paper jamming into between the separation plates to prevent the occurrence of an image failure.
