<p>The building has micro hydraulic generators fed with water from a roof water reservoir (21), which is arranged in a roof of the building. A consumer (27) is fed with electrical energy produced by the generators. Electrical energy produced by photovoltaic-solar cells (24) drives a pump (26) for pumping the water from a cellar water reservoir (22) into the roof water reservoir. A network supply (25) supplies the pump and the consumer if necessary. Inlet and outlet lines of the generators are connected with the roof and cellar water reservoirs, respectively.</p>
