摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: other options of an electron injection material capable of forming an electron injection layer stable in atmospheric air by depositing a solution; a method for manufacturing an organic EL display device, using the electron injection material and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost as well as securing stability in a manufacturing process; and an organic EL display device obtained by means of the method. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method according to the present invention includes the steps of: forming an electron injection layer by coating all pixels in common with a solution containing an ionic polymer as an electron injection material on a substrate, where a plurality of negative electrodes corresponding to each pixel are formed, to deposit; forming a plurality of light emitting layers corresponding to a pixel pattern on a surface of the electron injection layer directly or via another layer; and forming a positive electrode by depositing all pixels in common with a positive electrode material on the substrate where the light emitting layers or the light emitting layers and another layer are sequentially formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
