<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of lacking elaborateness due to becoming difficult to carry and supply the number of accurate objects though being adaptable in a conventional device when an objective powder and granular material is a granule and a pellet-like object, that is, of being conventionally no device for receiving the always determined number of powder and granular materials, which are the granules and the pellet-like objects, from a storage vessel by one rotation of a supply board and automatically sending them to a discharge chute (a discharge port). <P>SOLUTION: This fixed quantity feeder device of the powder and granular material includes a driving part having the storage vessel of the powder and granular material and arranged under the storage vessel, the supply board installed on a rotary shaft interlocked with the driving part and forming a weighing groove of powder at a proper pitch on the peripheral edge, and the discharge chute formed under the outer end of the supply board.
