<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which even in its initial stage of use, sufficiently ejects snow and water to improve its traveling performance on a road covered with ice and snow. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire, in which a tread face 11 has lands 3 of rib shape demarcated and formed by a plurality of main grooves 2 extending in a tire periphery direction and/or lands 3 of block shape demarcated by a plurality of lug grooves 4 crossing the main grooves 2 and by the main grooves 2, includes a plurality of small holes 5 formed on the surface of the lands 3, and at least three projections 6 adjacent to each other which are formed on the surface of the lands 3, have level differences small in comparison with the depth of the small holes 5, and are arranged around the small holes 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
