<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanization method capable of precisely forming a color rubber line at an intended position by sufficiently removing meandering of the color rubber line, blurring of a boundary or the like in a product tire. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of vulcanizing and molding a product tire having a color rubber line extending annularly on a tire side, a green tire 2 having a volume of 95% or more and 98% or less of a volume of a cavity 7 partitioned between a rigid core 1 having an outer circumferential surface shape which corresponds to an inner circumferential surface shape of a product tire and on which the green tire 2 is molded and a vulcanization mold 3 is molded on the outer circumferential surface of the rigid core 1. A color rubber line material 8 is annularly stuck on the side of the green tire 2. Thereafter, the green tire 2 with the rigid core 1 is fitted into the vulcanization mold 3, the green tire 2 and the rigid core 1 are thermally expanded under the heating of the rigid core 1 and the vulcanization mold 3, and the green tire 2 is attached to the inner surface of the vulcanization mold 3 to perform the vulcanization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
