<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire monitoring/measuring device and a using method of the tire monitoring/measuring device, in which not only operation is easy, its effect being clear, but also an encode program is repeatedly executed. <P>SOLUTION: The tire monitoring/measuring device includes a housing 10, a connection port, a battery 30 and a power switch 31. The housing 10 has an air opening 11 at one end, and one line slots 12 for connection, and a switch hole 13 in a top face. The housing 10 includes inside: a circuit board 20, a temperature sensor, an accelerator sensor, a voltage measuring device, low frequency (LF) transmission interface and a high frequency (RF) transmission interface. The connection port corresponds to a position of the slot 12 for connection on the housing 10, and it is used for connection of the circuit board 20 and an external connector 3.
