<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat flow sensor for obtaining satisfactory measuring accuracy and a repairing tool to be used for the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of metallic wire guide grooves for winding metallic wires 21 in parallel are formed at the both side edge parts of each inflow opening 17 of a plurality of repairing tool plate pieces 16 so as to be concave with fixed intervals alternately with fabric raw material guide grooves. The repairing tool plate pieces 16 are laminated in the direction of plate thickness so that a repairing tool to be used also as a framework filled with epoxy liquid-like resin materials can be formed, and a sensor base material in which second metallic connectors are embedded with equal intervals is segmented from a hardened base material resin lump. A fabric raw material 20 wound around the fiber raw material guide groove is extracted in the state of the base material resin lump, and copper plating treatment is carried out to the inside of each first through-hole formed so as to be opened in the sensor base material so that a matrix-like thermocouple can be arrayed on the side face as well as first and second surface metallic layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
