<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic which is high in ultraviolet light-protecting effect and has smooth texture to provide excellent use feeling without creaky feelings, sliminess or stickiness. <P>SOLUTION: The water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic contains (a) 3-20 mass% of ultraviolet scattering agent selected from hydrophobized titanium oxide and an hydrophobized zinc oxide, (b) 0.05-2 mass% of petrolatum and (c) 1-15 mass% of usability improving powder; and has viscosity of 100-10,000 mPa s as a whole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
