摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet ray chemical reaction apparatus in which an ultraviolet lamp or an ultrasonic generator is unnecessary, and which can miniaturize the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet ray chemical reaction apparatus 1 is an apparatus using an ultraviolet ray generated by the interaction of carbon dioxide and a microwave, and includes: an inlet 2 which introduces water 12 containing a material to be treated 11 and carbonic acid (salt); an outlet 3 which discharges a product 13 which is obtained by making the material to be treated 11 react and the water 12; a microwave generator 4; and a microwave absorber 5 which absorbs the microwave generated from the microwave generator 4, wherein the water 12 containing the material to be treated 11 and the carbonic acid (salt) which have been introduced from the inlet 2 is made to contact with the microwave absorber 5 at the temperature higher than the carbon dioxide formation temperature, the ultraviolet ray is generated by the interaction of the carbon dioxide which has been formed and the microwave, and the generated ultraviolet ray is utilized for the treatment reaction of the material to be treated 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
