<p>An admission control method and system are disclosed, comprising: a Home NodeB (HNB) obtaining HNB subscription Quality of Service (QoS) information from an information storage entity; and the HNB conducting admission control of service execution for users according to the obtained HNB subscription QoS information. The present invention is capable, in the absence of a dynamic admission control mechanism, of meeting requirements for users to access a network through the HNB and conducting admission control of service execution.</p>
