<p>Method for mounting a diode on a power-supply wire of a spark plug of an internal-combustion engine, suppression spark plug wire connector, method for producing a suppression spark plug wire connector, spark plug connector and spark-plug connection socket for internal-combustion engines, said method starting with a spark plug wire (2) that is cut and fitted with a tube sector (7) inside which is a diode (8), and the tube (7) is glued between the segments (2') and (2'') of the spark plug wire (2) and is surrounded by a tube-bridge (4) and a layer of heat-shrinkable material (5); the connector (A1) incorporates, within, a diode (A2) mounted in encapsulated form (A2'); a further connector (B1) is defined as a cylindrical main body (B2) made of injection-moulded material, inside which, in a centralized position, there are, facing one another, two metal inserts (B3) that each have a mutual contact terminal (B4) and, at the respective opposite ends thereof, a terminal in the form of a self-tapping screw (B5); the socket (C1) makes provision for the incorporation of a diode (C10), which is pre-encapsulated in an injection-moulded covering (C11), said diode (C10) and the covering (C12) thereof being placed inside a second portion (C12) of the core (C5) of the socket (C1).</p> |
