<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient retransmission when using at least a part of a same frequency at the same time to overlap signals for performing communication. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication system which permits, when a plurality of first communication devices transmit radio signals to a second communication device, overlapping of a part of or a whole of a using frequency. In the system, when each first communication device transmits a retransmission signal to a second communication device, only partial spectrum 6 and 8 which are part of first transmission signals 1 and 2 are transmitted to the second communication device.
