PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase performance of data exchange.

SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a receiving unit for receiving command information that includes first data to be stored in a storage unit and address information showing an address to hold second data held by the storage unit and an address to write the first data to the storage unit; an access unit for reading out the second data held by the storage unit from the address to hold the second data shown by the address information in the storage unit and writing the first data to the address to write the first data shown by the address information in the storage unit to the storage unit; and a transmission unit for converting the first data in the command information received by the receiving unit into the second data read by the access unit for transmission.
