<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that can prevent a heat insulation material from leaking out as the material is being filled in a heat insulation box and into the hollow portion of a partition, thus improving the appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes: the heat insulation box composing an outer wall; a partition 218 mounted to the heat insulation box, and partitioning the inner space of the heat insulation box; and the heat insulation material integrally filled inside the heat insulation box as well as inside the partition 218. The partition 218 is provided with a flange 226 that goes along the inner surface of the heat insulation box and continuously extends from the peripheral edge.
