<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kinetic dumbbell capable of enhancing training effect by generating vibration and also capable of adjusting weight of the dumbbell as necessary. <P>SOLUTION: The kinetic dumbbell 1 includes a grip 10, at least one weight member 20 which is arranged in the grip 10 and has at least one annular channel inside, and at least one rolling body arranged so as to be able to roll in the annular channel of the weight member 20. A combination section is installed at least in one end part of the grip 10. The weight member 20 has the annular channel inside and contains a balance weight having a butting section coupled to the combination section of the grip 10. The balance weight of the weight member 20 has an upper housing 221 and a lower housing 222, wherein the butting section is installed in the upper housing 221.
