<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine that prevents a player from being puzzled, even if the setting of the dispensing number of game balls per one time of lending operation is changed, according to a unit cost of lending the game balls. <P>SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes: a lending button 26 connected with an external ball lending machine 1; a dispenser 48 for dispensing the game balls; and a dispensing control board 53a for controlling the dispenser 48 to dispense the predetermined number of the game balls for every lending request, based on the lending request (BRQ(H)→(L) or the like) that is output from the ball lending machine 1 the predetermined number of times with respect to one operation of the lending button 26.
