<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating type rice cooker in which a pot for the rice cooker is hardly scratched when it is taken in and out. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating type rice cooker includes the pot 9 for the rice cooker freely detachably housed in a body (not shown in the figure), and a protective frame bottom (not shown in the figure) and a protective frame body 14 configuring a part to house the pot 9 for the rice cooker. In the pot 9 for the rice cooker, a monolayer or multilayer metal is used as a base material, and the metal of the outermost layer is constituted of a magnetic metal 17. Also, roughening treatment is applied to the surface of the magnetic metal 17, and the roughened surface is provided with a coating film 21 whose main component is a heat-resistant resin, and to which mica, a pigment and a luminous material are added as needed and 0.5-1.5 wt.% of a lubricative substance is further added. Since the appropriate lubricative substance is added to the coating film 21 on the outer surface of the magnetic metal 17, friction between the coating film 21 on the outer surface of the pot 9 for the rice cooker and the protective frame body 14 is lowered, the coating film 21 is hardly rubbed, high-quality appearance and flavor performance are maintained for a long period of time, and handleability is excellent since the pot 9 for the rice cooker does not turn when serving rice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
