<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box-shaped trap device which can prevent a small and quick animal from escaping by adjusting the height of setting of a falling door according to the kind of animal to be captured. <P>SOLUTION: A trigger 3 includes a feed box 4 for sensing an animal to be captured, and an advancing/retracting member 30 having an engagement insertion part 302a for controlling the motion of the door 2 by the sensing. A plurality of engagement receiving parts for adjusting the mechanical height of the door 2 in collaboration with the engagement insertion part 302a are disposed in the door 2. Each engagement receiving part has an engagement hole 200 into which the engagement insertion part 302a is inserted. The advancing/retracting member 30 is energized always toward the door 2. When the trigger 3 is operated and the door 2 falls to the lowermost part, the engagement insertion part 302a projects to the upper side of the fallen door 2 to prevent the door 2 from rising. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
