<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the strong temporary fastening of a fastening tape in a disposable diaper in a state before use. <P>SOLUTION: Each of the respective left and right fastening tapes 41 on both sides of the disposable diaper is equipped with the first, second and third fastening parts 411, 412 and 413 provided on the inner surface 441 of a tape base part 44 in a mutually spaced apart state. In the disposable diaper in the state before use, each of the fastening tapes 41 is folded back along the folding-back line 431 overlapped with the outer edge 4131 of the third fastening part 413 and the upward third fastening part 413 is temporarily fastened to the second intermediate region 446 between the second fastening part 412 and the third fastening part 413 while the downward first fastening part 411 and the second fastening part 412 are temporarily fastened to the region on the side of a body part 2 of the third fastening part 413.
