<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lipid peroxide reducing fish feed pellets superior in the nutrient balance, capable of suppressing production of lipid peroxide when pellets are formed and in a storage period thereafter; and a method of producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The lipid peroxide reducing fish feed pellets are obtained by mixing 1-15 wt.% of Shochu lees concentrate obtained by concentrating Shochu lees so that the solid content is least 15 wt.% in pellet raw materials containing 10-40 wt.% of crude fat, and pelleting the mixture. The method for producing the lipid peroxide reducing fish feed pellets is characterized by mixing 1-15 wt.% of Shochu lees concentrate obtained by concentrating Shochu lees so that the solid content is at least 15 wt.% in the pellet raw materials containing 10-40 wt.% of crude fat, and pelleting the mixture thereafter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
